The Story Behind Rytech
To say that William “Bubba” Ryan knows property restoration is an understatement. For over 30 years, Mr. Ryan has flourished in the restoration industry as either an owner, operator or service provider. After running many successful emergency damage recovery companies, he began to see issues in the way companies handled water damage. He decided it was time to overhaul the process and provide a better, more thorough, and effective method for mitigating water damage. After years of testing and refinement, Mr. Ryan adopted new techniques, while leveraging advancements in technologies to support improvements. In 1995, he formed Rytech to provide a higher level of customer care and service to his clients.

Mr. Ryan identified a service gap for property owners and insurers along with improved remediation and mitigation offerings. We continue to lead in our field with a seamless and smooth work-acquisition process for insurers, partnered with our high-touch, effective and practical mitigation services. From its humble beginnings in one location, the company has reached exponential growth and currently provides service to 70 major markets across 26 states.
